I support Menschenbrücke e.V, as the association works in close partnership with MeMA e.V. not only to sustainably improve of the living conditions of the people in Masaka but also to promote education, health care and, hence, helping people to help themselves. During my various trips to Africa it was, above all, the children’s lot that touched me much. Menschenbrücke e.V. gives them a safe and promising future.
I have known Josefine Freibeuter for over 40 years; eventually, I joined Menschenbrücke e.V. as member No. 64. Only then I became aware of what Menschenbrücke e.V. is committed to: An aid project that was initiated when Reverend Genza was in the Southern Neuss district for a holiday cover. A project which is worth supporting with all I can do and working with others who also take pleasure in this kind of work.
In December 2019, a report in Stadtkurier, the local weekly paper, aroused our interest in the association’s activities. Consequently, my husband and I contacted Josefine Freibeuter.
This was at the right time. During the conversation with Josefine we learned that they were looking for some support in the field of finance and accounting as well as a treasurer. The association’s purpose to raise funds help the poorest of the poor was our biggest motivation to join.
